Three calm steps

From messy export to a pack-ready workflow

Use the file you already have. OrderQuill handles the repetitive organizing between export and packing table.

01

Upload your export

Use an order CSV from a storefront, marketplace, spreadsheet, or custom system. No API setup.

02

Confirm the columns

Common headers are matched automatically. Unusual names take a few clicks to map and can be saved locally.

03

Download your pack

Get one SKU-level pick list, per-order packing slips, and a validation report before anything reaches the printer.

One file, two useful outputs

Organized for the picker. Clear for the customer.

Quietly useful

Less setup. Fewer packing mistakes.

↔

Map any columns

Match your existing headings instead of rebuilding a spreadsheet for another tool.

!

Catch issues early

See missing order IDs, invalid quantities, and duplicate-looking lines before printing.

⌁

Reuse your mapping

Save the column setup on your device for the next export from the same source.

□

No store connection

No app installation, storefront credentials, or permission to modify your orders.

⌂

Private by design

Customer names, addresses, items, and notes stay inside your browser.

↗

Works beside shipping

Use OrderQuill before your existing label, carrier, or fulfillment system—not instead of it.

Local-first privacy

Customer addresses shouldn’t take a detour.

Your file is read and transformed on this device. Checkout sends only your selected plan, a browser ID, and—if you choose to sign in—your account ID. Stripe handles payment separately.

Questions, answered

Before you upload

What columns does my CSV need?+

At minimum, each row needs an order ID, a quantity, and either an item name or SKU. Customer, address, vendor, bin, and note fields are optional.

Can one order appear on multiple CSV rows?+

Yes. Rows with the same order ID are grouped into one order, so all matching line items appear on the same packing slip.

Does OrderQuill connect to my store?+

No. Export a CSV from your existing system and open it in your browser. No storefront login, app installation, or API key is required.

What does local processing mean?+

Your order CSV is parsed and transformed on your device. Order contents, customer names, and addresses are not uploaded to an OrderQuill server.

Does OrderQuill create shipping labels?+

No. OrderQuill creates pick lists and packing slips, designed to work alongside your current carrier or shipping-label service.

How are payments handled?+

Stripe hosts the checkout and handles card details. OrderQuill never receives or stores your full card number.

Your next packing run

It starts with a CSV you already have.
