Using the service
You may use OrderQuill for lawful business purposes and only with data you are authorized to process. You are responsible for reviewing mappings, quantities, addresses, and generated documents before relying on or distributing them.
Accounts and access
You may use the free workflow and purchase paid access without an account. Guest purchases are linked to the browser installation used at checkout and may not be recoverable if its local data is cleared. Creating an account is optional; it lets an active Pro subscription follow you across supported browsers or devices and enables in-app subscription management. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and retain the Stripe receipt for any guest purchase.
Paid plans
Prices, billing periods, limits, and included features are shown before checkout. A batch pass is a one-time purchase for the stated access window. Pro renews monthly until canceled. Stripe processes payments and may calculate applicable taxes.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass usage or payment controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, upload unlawful material, or use the product to violate privacy, consumer protection, export, or other applicable laws.
Availability and changes
We work to keep OrderQuill available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and we may suspend access needed to protect the service or comply with law. We will avoid materially reducing a paid plan during its current term where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. OrderQuill is a document-preparation aid, not a shipping carrier, tax service, marketplace, or inventory system. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to OrderQuill during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
