Order files stay on your device
OrderQuill parses your CSV, maps columns, validates rows, and prepares pick lists and packing slips in your web browser. We do not intentionally transmit or store the file contents, customer names, postal addresses, SKUs, or order notes on an OrderQuill server.
Browser storage
The app may store an anonymous installation identifier, your saved column mappings, a temporary batch identifier, and payment entitlement details in your browser. Session storage may retain the current file while you return from checkout. You can clear this data through your browser settings.
Account information
If you create an account, we store your email address, optional name, a one-way password hash or Google account identifier, email verification status, sign-in sessions, and the Stripe customer identifier needed to restore paid access. Single-use, hashed tokens may be stored temporarily for email verification and password recovery. Google sign-in provides only the profile information you approve; OrderQuill does not receive your Google password.
Payments
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information. OrderQuill sends Stripe the selected plan plus account, installation, and batch identifiers, and receives checkout, customer, price, and subscription status. We do not receive your full card number. Stripe handles information under its own privacy policy.
Operational data
Our hosting providers may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error or security logs. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. We do not sell personal information.
Optional analytics
If analytics is enabled, OrderQuill asks for your choice before loading Google Analytics. With permission, we measure events such as opening a CSV, completing field mapping, starting checkout, and exporting a document. We do not include file names, CSV contents, customer details, addresses, SKUs, or order notes in analytics events. Your choice is stored in the browser and can be cleared through browser site-data settings.
Retention and choices
Local app data remains until it expires or you clear it. Account and payment records are retained while needed to provide access, process billing, meet accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and comply with law. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
