Shopify exports can put several products on separate rows while leaving repeated order cells blank. OrderQuill carries the order reference forward before building the pick list and slips.
Use familiar Shopify columns
Headers such as Name, Lineitem SKU, Lineitem quantity, Lineitem name, Shipping Name, Shipping Address1, Shipping City, Shipping Province, and Shipping Zip are suggested automatically.
Pick once, then pack by order
The consolidated pick list totals repeated SKUs across the export. Individual packing slips preserve the original order number, recipient, address, items, quantities, and available notes.

Confirm these suggested mappings after upload. Additional billing, tax, payment, and fulfillment columns can stay unmapped because they are not needed to prepare warehouse documents.

When Name is blank on a later line-item row, OrderQuill carries forward the preceding Shopify order number. Always review the preview before printing a filtered export.

Filter and export
In Shopify Admin, open Orders, filter the fulfillment window you want, choose Export, and download the order CSV. Shopify may email larger exports instead of downloading them immediately.

Review suggested fields
Upload the CSV and confirm the suggested order number, SKU, quantity, product, customer, and shipping-address columns. Add optional vendor, bin, or note columns when your export includes them.

Pick and print
Review validation warnings, collect products from the consolidated list, then switch to Packing slips and choose A4/Letter or 4 × 6 before opening the print batch.

Before you upload
Does OrderQuill connect to my Shopify store?+
No. Export orders from Shopify and choose the CSV locally. OrderQuill never requests Shopify credentials, API access, or permission to modify orders.
What happens when a Shopify order has multiple products?+
Shopify commonly places each line item on a separate row. OrderQuill recognizes the Shopify format and keeps later line-item rows grouped under the preceding order number.
Can I create a single pick list for several Shopify orders?+
Yes. Matching SKUs are combined into one row with a total quantity and references to the source orders.
Can I print Shopify packing slips on a thermal printer?+
Yes. Choose the 4 × 6 option and select the matching paper size in the browser print dialog.
