Start with one show or selling window
A Whatnot Show Report includes item and sale details for a selected show. Keeping each export focused makes it easier to validate buyer, product, quantity, and shipment references.
Whatnot Show Report CSV workflow
Download the Show Report for one selling window, map its shipment, buyer, and item fields, then consolidate products before packing each buyer shipment. The CSV stays in your browser.

Built for live-sale exports
Use Whatnot as the source of truth for shipment status and OrderQuill as the local workspace that organizes the exported item rows.
A Whatnot Show Report includes item and sale details for a selected show. Keeping each export focused makes it easier to validate buyer, product, quantity, and shipment references.
OrderQuill groups matching SKUs or item names into one pick list, totals the units required, and shows how many source orders reference each product.
Whatnot may bundle multiple purchases for the same buyer into one shipment. Confirm the mapped shipment or order identifier so the generated slips match the packages shown in Seller Hub.
Whatnot itself does not print packing slips. Export the Show Report, upload it here, and print one slip per shipment on A4/Letter paper or a thermal-friendly 4 × 6 label — no app install and no Whatnot plugin involved.
Generating Whatnot packing slips and the pick list from a Show Report is free on OrderQuill, requires no account, and runs entirely in your browser — useful for sellers who pack once or twice a week after a live show.
Show Report mapping
Whatnot can change report columns over time. Map the current header that represents each packing concept and leave fee or payout columns unmapped.
| Look for in your CSV | Map to OrderQuill | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Shipment ID, order ID, package reference, or sale ID | Order ID | Controls which purchases are grouped onto one packing slip |
| Buyer username, buyer name, or recipient | Customer name | Identifies the buyer while sorting and packing |
| Seller SKU, item SKU, listing title, or item name | SKU or Product name | Combines matching products on the consolidated pick list |
| Quantity, units, or item count | Quantity | Totals how many units need to be picked |
| Variation, buyer note, or packing instruction when present | Order note | Surfaces an available detail for final review |
Do not map sale price, platform fees, commission, or payout totals: they are useful for reconciliation, but they do not define the physical packing batch.
Platform workflow
Whatnot currently provides Show Report CSV downloads from the Shipments area of Seller Hub on the web. Use the file as a packing input, not as a replacement for shipment status in Whatnot.
Whatnot official Show Report CSV instructions ↗On whatnot.com, open Seller Hub → Shipments, select the show, open the sidebar, and choose Export Show Report (CSV) under Show Actions.
Upload the report, then map the shipment or order identifier, SKU or item title, quantity, buyer username, and any available shipping or note fields.
Use the pick list to collect products, preview each slip, and compare bundled buyers with the current shipment details in Seller Hub before printing.
Questions, answered
Whatnot does not print packing slips itself. In Seller Hub, open Shipments, select the show, and choose Export Show Report (CSV). Upload that file to OrderQuill, map the shipment and item fields, and print one packing slip per shipment — free, with no signup.
On the Whatnot website, open Seller Hub and the Shipments page, select the show, open the sidebar, and use Export Show Report (CSV) under Show Actions.
Yes. Building packing slips and the consolidated pick list from a Show Report CSV is free, and the file is processed locally in your browser rather than uploaded to a server.
Choose the field that identifies the package or shipment you intend to pack. A sale ID may represent one purchase rather than the final bundled shipment, so compare the preview with Seller Hub.
No. It creates pick lists and packing documents from CSV data. Labels and shipment actions remain in Whatnot.
Map the identifier that represents the package you intend to pack. Because Whatnot can bundle purchases, always compare the preview with Seller Hub before printing.
