Use printable checkboxes at the packing table or export the normalized pick list CSV for a warehouse workflow.
Pick-list fields
Order ID, quantity, and a SKU or product name are enough to consolidate the batch. Location and vendor fields improve the picking order when your source file includes them.
| Look for in your CSV | Map to OrderQuill | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Order number, order ID, receipt ID, or sale ID | Order ID | Keeps the source orders visible beside each consolidated product |
| SKU, variant SKU, item code, or product name | SKU or Product name | Defines which line-item rows should be grouped together |
| Quantity, qty, units, or line-item quantity | Quantity | Adds the required units across every order in the batch |
| Bin, shelf, aisle, or warehouse location | Bin location | Sorts the pick list into a faster warehouse route |
| Vendor, supplier, brand, or maker | Vendor | Keeps a useful sourcing or zone reference beside each item |
OrderQuill groups by normalized SKU when one is mapped. If no SKU exists, it uses the product name, so consistent product naming becomes important.
