Preview individual slips, choose A4 or thermal-friendly 4 × 6 sizing, then open a print-ready batch from your browser.
CSV field guide
Only three mappings are needed to build the batch. Shipping, product, warehouse, and instruction fields make the resulting documents more useful but remain optional.
| Look for in your CSV | Map to OrderQuill | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Order number, order ID, receipt ID, or sale ID | Order ID | Groups several item rows onto the correct packing slip |
| Quantity, qty, units, or line-item quantity | Quantity | Calculates the units required for each order and SKU |
| SKU, product code, item name, or listing title | SKU or Product name | Identifies and consolidates products across the batch |
| Recipient plus street, city, state, ZIP, and country | Customer and address fields | Builds the ship-to block on each packing slip |
| Buyer note, gift message, or packing instruction | Order note | Keeps an available instruction visible to the packer |
Header spelling does not have to match these examples. OrderQuill suggests common names and lets you choose any source column manually.
