What counts as one order?+
Rows with the same mapped order identifier count as one order, even when that order contains several item lines.
What does the 24-hour batch pass unlock?+
It unlocks large-batch exports on the same browser installation for 24 hours. You can remap, correct, and reprint that batch during the access window.
Where is payment handled?+
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. OrderQuill receives confirmation of the purchased plan, not your full card number or the contents of your CSV.
Do I need an account to pay?+
No. You can check out as a guest and use paid access in the current browser. Creating an account is optional; it lets Pro follow you across devices and gives you in-app subscription management.
Can I cancel Pro?+
Yes. Pro is billed monthly and can be canceled for future renewals. Your access continues through the paid billing period.
