Choose columns by what they mean in the report you downloaded. Fields that exist only for tax, payment, or marketplace accounting can remain unmapped.

Download sold-order data
Open Shop Manager and download the relevant sold-order CSV for the dates you plan to fulfill. Keep the original file as a reference instead of editing customer data by hand.

Confirm receipt and item fields
Upload the CSV, then map the receipt or order identifier, quantity, SKU or item title, buyer name, shipping address, and any instruction field available in that report.

Review before printing
Check missing SKUs, quantities, and addresses. Download the consolidated pick list first, then preview individual packing slips and select the correct paper size.

Before you upload
Does this require my Etsy login?+
No. You download a CSV from Etsy and open it locally. OrderQuill does not ask for Etsy credentials or connect to the shop.
Will all Etsy personalization fields be included?+
Only fields present in the CSV can be mapped. Review the preview and the original Etsy order when a personalized item has details that are not included in the downloaded report.
Can multiple Etsy receipts be combined into one pick list?+
Yes. Matching SKUs or item names are aggregated while their receipt references remain visible.
Are buyer addresses uploaded to OrderQuill?+
No. CSV parsing and document creation run in the browser. Stripe receives payment details only when you choose a paid plan, not the order CSV.
